Admission Requirements:
Applicants must have Bachelor’s degree with Honours Class I (typically involving a substantial research project) or a Research Master’s degree or equivalent or a coursework Master’s degree with a research component of at least 25 % of an academic year and an overall grade point average equivalent to ?5.5 on a 7-point scale and also meet the university’s entry requirements..
Language Requirement:
If English is not your first language, you will also need to demonstrate proficiency in English. Your test results must not be older than 1/1/2021. Minimum requirements are:
IELTS (Academic module) Minimum overall score of 6.5 and score ?6.0 in every sub-band; OR TOEFL Minimum overall score of 87 and 21 in writing, 19 in reading, listening & speaking.

Benefits
The successful candidate will receive a full-time stipend of $33,826 per annum. The duration of this scholarship is for 3 years full-time with the possibility of up to two six-month extensions. Additionally, there will be no tuition fees for the duration of the PhD program.
Have first-class honours or equivalent in a relevant discipline (e.g. social sciences, public health, urban design, epidemiology, environmental science, planning, geographic information systems)
