13th ASEF Public Diplomacy Training 2025 in Singapore

For those in the early or mid-stages of their careers as diplomats, policy advisors, or public affairs experts with a keen interest in global relations, the 13th ASEF Public Diplomacy Training in Singapore in 2025 is an opportunity worth considering. What Is ASEFPDT?

The ASEF Public Diplomacy Training (ASEFPDT), a key program since 2013, has trained over 400 diplomats and civil society experts from Asia and Europe. The 13th version keeps this tradition going with:

• A five-week online course.
• A five-day, in-person training session in Singapore.
• Cultural and networking events.
• New training methods, like public diplomacy techniques that use AI.

Who Can Apply?

The program seeks applicants who are:

• Diplomats in the early to mid-stages of their careers, working in foreign ministries or embassies.
• Professionals in the public sector or civil society involved in diplomacy or international relations.

To be eligible, applicants must have:

• A bachelor's degree and at least three years of experience, or a master's degree in a related field.
• Strong English skills.
• Current involvement in Asia–Europe cooperation or public diplomacy.
• A clear interest in global communications, public affairs, or international policy.
