Scholarship Details

Eligibility Criteria

The fellowship is international — meaning students from any country, including Pakistan, can apply. The requirements are:

• Must be enrolled in a PhD program in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related fields.
• Must have completed at least one year of PhD studies.
• Must be actively engaged in thesis research aligned with NVIDIA’s focus areas.
• Expected graduation after May/June 2027.
• Must commit to a mandatory NVIDIA internship before the fellowship year.
• Application must be in English.
• Not eligible if you are an immediate family member of an NVIDIA employee.

Pakistani PhD students studying in Pakistan or abroad are fully eligible, as long as they meet these requirements.
