The Singapore International Graduate Award is a collaboration between different institutes and agencies in Singapore. SINGA program is arranged for the students who want to pursue their PhD degree from Singapore universities on scholarship. Candidates with the courage to establish global links and build their career in greater heights by availing scholarships must apply for the SINGA program.

Eligibility Criteria For SINGA

Applicant who fulfill following criteria are eligible to apply

Applicant must be international graduate with excellent academic results
Must have good English spoken and written skills
Good reports from referees

Benefits Of SINGA Program

For 4 years of PhD program award will cover the

Tuition fees
2200 S$ / month stipend that will be increased to 2700 S$ after passing the exams
Air-fare grant (one- time)
One time settling allowance of 1000 S$
Whereas total estimated cost of living in Singapore including food, accommodation, travel and other expenses is 1400-2000 S$.
