Training Details

Eligibility Criteria

To be accepted for the RTP Stipend Scholarship, applicants should:

• Enrollment Status: Currently enrolled or planning to enroll in an accredited Research Higher Degree (RHD) course at CQUniversity.
• Citizenship: Be an Australian citizen or permanent resident, or an international student.
• Income Restrictions: They can't get more than 75% of the RTP Stipend from any other source for their everyday living costs while they're studying.
• Tuition Fee Support: Not getting an equivalent Commonwealth award or scholarship to help pay RHD tuition fees.
• English Language Proficiency: Complete CQUniversity's English language requirements, which are often shown by standardized tests such as IELTS or TOEFL.

Selection Criteria

The RTP Stipend Scholarship is given to students based on their abilities, and here’s how the assessment works:

• You can earn up to 20 points for your academic work and writing abilities.

• Quality of the research project and its fit with CQUniversity's research goals: Up to 15 points 
• Proof of motivation, research experience, and the research environment: Up to 15 points
