Singapore A STAR ACIS Scholarship 2026
The Good thing is that final-year Undergraduates and graduate students are also eligible for the A STAR ACIS Scholarship. The Agency for Science, Technology, and Research (A-STAR) is a Government agency in Singapore. ACIS stands for the A STAR Computing and Information Science Scholarship, which aims to attract Singaporeans and International applicants to pursue a PhD in computing and information science (CIS) areas.
A*STAR Computing and Information Science (ACIS) Scholarship
Scholars in the programme will be exposed to boundless opportunities to research on real-world issues across the whole spectrum of computing science, from deep learning for healthcare, data analytics for improved machine learning, to modelling and simulation for advanced applications.
ACIS scholars who are interested to further deepen their research expertise and expand their global network through post-doctoral training at top overseas universities or research entities can apply for the A*STAR International Fellowship (AIF) upon completion of their PhD studies.
It is a Fully Funded Scholarship in Singapore for International students to pursue a PhD program. The Good thing is that final-year Undergraduates and graduate students are also eligible for the A STAR ACIS Scholarship.

The Agency for Science, Technology, and Research (A-STAR) is a Government agency in Singapore offering a fully funded A STAR Computing and Information Science Scholarship for 2025. The Singapore A STAR ACIS scholarship program is open to international and Singaporean citizens.
Scholars in the programme will be exposed to boundless opportunities to research on real-world issues across the whole spectrum of computing science, from deep learning for healthcare, data analytics for improved machine learning, to modelling and simulation for advanced applications.
A monthly stipend will be provided to scholars, in addition to up to four years of funding for your PhD studies at autonomous universities in Singapore.
Scholars can also look forward to an overseas attachment of up to 12 months during their PhD studies.
ACIS scholars who are interested to further deepen their research expertise and expand their global network through post-doctoral training at top overseas universities or research entities can apply for the A*STAR International Fellowship (AIF) upon completion of their PhD studies.


NTU Scholarship Singapore (Fully Funded)
Nanyang Technological University (NTU) is another leading research university. NTU is known for its focus on science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM) fields.
Eligibility:
Open to all nationalities.
Successful awardees must be enrolled in a 4-year Business or Accountancy programme at Nanyang Business School (excludes Business and Computing/Computer engineering, non-NBS programmes with second major or minor in Business).
Possess outstanding academic achievements in the Singapore-Cambridge GCE 'A' level, Diploma awarded by a polytechnic in Singapore, NUS High School Diploma, IB Diploma or Year 12 equivalent qualifications.
Excellent co-curricular records.
Strong leadership qualities and potential.

Scholarship Coverage:
Total Tuition Fees are covered, Monthly stipend, One-time Airfare, One-time Settling-in Allowance.


The duration of the MBA program is 17 months. In these 17 months, participants will see personal and professional growth. And ADB is here to help with the Funding. The Asian Development Bank (ADB) Japan Scholarship Program will fully fund the Participant’s Tuition Fee at NUS, Monthly Allowance for Housing, Food, Books and Materials, and Medical and Travel Expenses.
