TA Postdoctoral Fellowship Program
It is a Fully Funded Fellowship for International students at the Institute of Science and Technology Austria. The ISTA Postdoctoral Fellowship is open to anyone who has completed or will soon complete their PhD or equivalent. The Duration of the ISTA Fellowship is 2 Years.
Criteria:
The ISTA Post Doc Fellowship is open to all Nationals.
Applicants must hold a PhD (or equivalent) by the respective call deadline (which is September 16, 2025, for the upcoming call).
Alternatively, applicants who anticipate completing their PhD degree before the fellowship start date (no later than June 15, 2026) are also eligible.
A fellowship contract will not be issued until a copy of the diploma or proof of successful defense is provided.


The internships are based in Vienna, Austria, at the OPEC Fund’s headquarters. OPEC stands for the Organization of the Petroleum Exporting Countries. The Main purpose of the program is to provide Practical Training and the understanding of the Organization’s Goals and objectives.
Objectives
The Internship Programme is intended to offer participants on-the-job practical training and to promote their understanding of the Organization’s goals and objectives. Participants in the Internship Programme (‘Interns’) will primarily support and assist Secretariat staff within the framework of a specific subject and within a limited period of time.
Eligibility
The Internship Programme is open to applicants of all nationalities; however, preference will be given to nationals from OPEC Member Countries.
Applicants are expected to be recent university graduates or enrolled in the final year of a university first degree programme.
Participants are expected to be able to undertake the programme in English, which is the working language of the Secretariat.


Schedule of the 17th International Beethoven Piano Competition Vienna
The International Beethoven Piano Competition Vienna is Austria’s oldest international piano competition and ranks among the most renowned music competitions today. Founded more than 60 years ago, it is hosted by the mdw – University of Music and Performing Arts Vienna.
