The eligible candidates will receive the scholarship in the following forms:
An accommodation allowance is provided to all Forest Scholars which is approximately about $21,447 per annum,
Research expenses like attending conferences, publications, overseas tours and other travel cost will be covered by another stipend up to $12,000 given to scholars,
Immediate dependents (spouse, child etc.) will also be facilitated by airfare ticket (economy class) and two-bedroom apartment.
This scholarship is awarded to students with excellent academic achievement and awardees are known as Forrest Scholars. Forrest scholars are the brightest minds coming from all over the world and fostering a learning space to accelerate in their research career.
Programs Offered
The Forrest Research Foundation offers scholarships for all PhD enrolled students working on any subject.
Pakistani students graduated with high CGPA must apply for this scholarship. Those who have excellent academic record during their Bachelor’s degree are eligible to apply for 4 years PhD program in their field of study and win this prestigious scholarship.

Benefits
The scholarship benefit is a 10% fee reduction for each year of remaining study under full-time study load.
The fee reduction is apportioned over each course taken, generally equating to approximately AU$350-500 per 10-units of study (indicative-only).
Administered for each term of study in the eligible program(s) as a tuition fee reduction against the amount of credits initially issued in the letter of offer.
The number of scholarships available is indicative, and the University will aim to support all eligible recipients where funding permits.
Process
Apply to study an undergraduate or postgraduate coursework program at Griffith University, commencing Trimester 1, 2025.If you are eligible, you will receive confirmation and your award acceptance date in your Letter of Offer, in Tuition and other fees - Additional information.You must accept your offer and pay your total deposit fee by the award acceptance deadline.
Deadline
You will have 14 days (2 weeks) from receipt of your Letter of Offer to accept your Early Acceptance Award. If you accept your offer or pay your total deposit fee after 14 days, you will not receive this award.
Africa: students must accept by 1 December 2024
South Asia: students must accept by 20 December 2024
