The Alec Courtelis Awards for Outstanding Ph.D. Students
The Alec Courtelis Awards are made possible through a generous endowment established in 1996 by the late Louise Courtelis in honor of her late husband, a former chairman of the Board of Regents, and in recognition of his interest and support for international students. The awards are presented annually at the International Student Achievement Awards Ceremony.
Eligible:
Ph.D. students holding a non-immigrant F-1 or J-1 student visa, in good standing, and with a minimum GPA of 3.0. The student must be enrolled full time for the semester in which they are nominated, unless they are actively working on their dissertation.

World Economic Forum Early Careers Program


Fulbright US Student Program 2026/27.
It is a Fully Funded International Educational Exchange Program Sponsored by the U.S. government. This Program allows you to study, do a Research Project, Teach English, or enroll in a full-time Graduate Degree program in any academic Discipline. The Fulbright U.S. Student Program is open to college seniors, graduate students, and young professionals from all backgrounds.
Eligibility:
U.S. Citizenship: Must be a U.S. citizen or national by the application deadline. Permanent residents are ineligible. Dual citizens should check specific award descriptions.
Education (Bachelor’s): Must have a bachelor’s degree.
Arts Exception: For creative/performing arts, four years of professional training/experience may substitute for a bachelor’s degree.
Language Proficiency: Must meet the award’s language requirements and demonstrate sufficient competency for the project and life in the host country.

Harvard Kennedy School PPLC Conference:
It is a Fully Funded annual Public Policy Leadership Conference at the Harvard Kennedy School in Cambridge, Massachusetts. The Duration of the Conference is 4 Days, and it will take Place from 30th October to 2nd November 2025. There is no application fee, and IELTS is also not required. The objective of this Fully Funded Conference is to inspire students to pursue careers in public policy and become leaders in public service in the future.

The Scholarship is open to International students from all around the world. No separate application is required. To be considered for the Karsh Scholarship, you need to apply to Duke University and request financial aid. There is no separate application process for the Karsh International scholarship.
