Eligibility Criteria
- Be applying to or already be in a graduate research program at the University of Melbourne.
- Be doing research in human rights.
- Not already have a research degree that's the same level or higher.
- Never have gotten a graduate research scholarship from the University of Melbourne before.
Scholarship Benefits
- Full Tuition Fee Waiver: Up to 2 years (Master’s), 4 years (PhD)
- Living Allowance: AUD $43,500/year (2025 rate), with limited paid leave
- Relocation Grant: AUD $2,000 (within Australia), AUD $3,000 (from overseas)
- OSHC: Health insurance for international students needing a visa
